If you do not have a Sprout Social Creator Hub account yet, please follow the steps in this article: How do I create an account?

You can opt in your social profiles to Creator Hub by clicking the Setting icon in the lower-left corner > Connections like so:

Click “Connections” and choose the platform you want to connect.

If you have more than one Profile, switch to the Profile you want to connect (”Manage Profiles”) the account to before clicking “Connections”. Read more about managing multiple Profiles in Profile Concept

You can follow the same path if you want to reauthenticate your connection. You may want to do this when:

  • Instagram Insights connection has expired - you get notified via Email if that happens

  • Connection invalidated by Facebook - this can happen when you change your Facebook password changes or turn on 2FA

Connecting your Instagram Account

Before starting, make sure:

To connect Instagram Account click "Connections" > "Continue with Facebook".

Connecting your TikTok Account

To connect your TikTok Account, click "Connections"> "Continue with TikTok" and follow the flow steps.

Connecting your YouTube Account

You can do this by clicking "Connections"> "Continue with Google" and choosing the Google account your YouTube channel is connected to.

Access to my Profile is restricted

When the Social Media account you're trying to connect is a part of a Profile already authorized by another user (for example, your manager or you from another account), you can still gain access and manage it from your account.
