If you’re having trouble connecting your Instagram Account, see the most common problems listed below.

We haven’t been granted all the necessary permissions

You haven’t checked some of the permissions we need to complete the process.

We haven’t been granted access to a Facebook Page

You haven’t checked permission we need to get data about your Facebook Page.

Instagram Account doesn’t match the Facebook Page

When choosing Instagram and Facebook accounts, you choose accounts that are not linked together. Read more.

We haven’t been granted access to an Instagram Account

You haven’t chosen any Instagram Accounts or checked permissions that allow us to access data about your Instagram Account.

Selected Facebook Page doesn’t have an Instagram Account linked

You chose a Facebook Page that is not linked to any Instagram Account. See how to link them here. Read more.

The connection with Facebook has been lost

You accidentally closed the Facebook window before finishing or some other unexpected issue happened along the way.

Please note, the only way the flow can be completed is by selecting "OK" in the last step.

​Other options

If any of the above solutions don't resolve your issue, you may want to try starting from scratch. To do so, you can go to Settings -> Business Integrations of your Facebook Account (not Page settings) and remove Sprout Social Influencer Marketing from your Integrations.

This will allow you to reset your Facebook Connection flow.
